Account and Data Deletion Process
We are committed to respecting user privacy and ensuring full compliance with data protection regulations and Google Play policies. Below is the detailed process for users to delete their account and personal data from our platform:
Step 1: Submit Account Deletion Request
Users can initiate an account deletion request by sending an email to our support team at gmcm.boazl@gmail.com with the subject line: “Account Deletion Request”.
In the request, please confirm your account details (such as the registered email address) for verification purposes. Request has to be sent from the email associated with your account.
Step 2: Identity Verification
For your security, we will verify your identity using the information associated with your account.
Verification may include confirmation via your registered email or other authentication methods.
Step 3: Processing the Deletion Request
Once your request is verified, we will initiate the deletion process immediately.
All personal data, including but not limited to your email address, name, and any shopping or account-related data, will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 business days of receiving a verified request.
Step 4: Data Handling Clarification
Personal Information:
Your personal data (e.g., email address, name, account details) will be fully deleted from our user databases and systems within 30 business days.
Shopping Data:
Any user-specific shopping data (wish lists, shopping history, etc.) will be removed from our databases within the same timeframe.
Non-Personal Aggregated Data:
Please note, data that has been anonymized or aggregated for purposes such as app price sharing information or analytics (which does not identify you personally) will remain, as it has been decoupled from personal identifiers. This data may continue to impact app-related pricing insights, but it is no longer linked to your account.
Step 5: Confirmation of Deletion
Upon completion, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your account and personal data have been fully deleted.
Step 6: Post-Deletion Notice
After your account and data are deleted, you will no longer have access to any features requiring an account login.
If you wish to use our services again, a new account will need to be created.
Important Notes:
The 30 business day timeframe starts from the date of verified request receipt.
